| Guangxi’s economy and education development is relatively backward with uneven development between the city and countryside. It is very urgent to promote the rural population quality, economic income and living level, narrow the urban-rural gap, and to improve the development of economy and education in Guangxi. The rural community education in Guilin has the characteristic of Guangxi and the common character of the whole country. This thesis takes the main problem in the construction of teachers procession of rural education in Guilin as the research object for that the condition of the teachers procession plays a decisive role in the quality and service level of rural community education. On the basis of practical investigation, the author grasps the status quo, analyses the problems and dissects the causes from the perspective of reality. Then focusing on the reasons and taking account of the problems, the author puts forward the strategies to solve the problems of the construction of teachers procession of rural community in order to improve their comprehensive development and contribute to the overall prosperity of community education and the construction of lifelong learning system.This thesis is divided into five parts:Part 1:Introduction. This part clarifies the origin and significance of this study, defines the scope and main concepts of this study. Meanwhile, it does a detailed literature review, combs the relevant theoretical basis and sorts out the research ideas and methods.Part 2:Based on the questionnaires and on-the-pot interview, this part dissects the current condition of teachers procession of rural community education in Guilin, emphasizing on the scale, team structure and profession quality.Part 3:This part is to find out the problem of teachers procession of rural community education in Guangxi with the current situation and interview.Part 4:This part analyses the factors that hamper the construction of teachers procession of rural community education in Guangxi.Part 5:This part combines the hindering factors and problems of the construction of teachers procession of rural community education in Guangxi in order to put forward some effective solutions. |
