This article is about special group of Yunnan University teachers, which describe from the sleep, eating habits, maintenance, symptoms, Self-regulation the external environment, the school system. The seven factors may affect health aspects,.This research analysis their physical condition, to remind Yunnan university’s teachers pay attention to the health, to develop good habits and to give some suggestions for this particular group of self-cultivation.In order to reflect the physical condition of Yunnan University teachers, according to the data, we design questionnaire, through sample survey collected teachers sleep, eating habits, maintenance, symptoms, auto-regulation, external circumstances, the school system information, to summarize the data obtained by using Excel software, the data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS 19.0 software, which has been investigated in terms of gender, age, Title Distribution. Among them, some conclusions are drawn, such as:Teachers’ professional title and sleep time is not significantly related. The proportion of men, bad habits is higher than the proportion of women etc. By using the structural equation to analyze the potential variables of the teacher, it is shown that the three potential variables of influencing factors:social influence factor, health consciousness factor, and sub health. Through the software amos17.0 of structural equation model, obtained in Yunnan University teachers, social influence factors have the greatest contribution on sub-health, that is to say that a person’s social relations is better, his body will be more healthier. This can also indirectly reflect, in today’s society, people in the heart of the pressure is often too large, the mental of the health have great relation to the body of the health.Finally, using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for variance analysis, based on the state of the teachers, we can conclude that age has effect on sub-health status of teachers.
