| Along with our country unceasingly promote the reform of education, knowledge of teachers have put forward new requirements. The subject teaching knowledge as a important part of teachers’ knowledge, is the core of teaching knowledge, has the very high status in the process of teachers’ professional development.The main purpose of this study is to explore the according to the connotation of subject teaching knowledge, build high school physics teacher subject teaching knowledge, and at the beginning of teachers teaching the knowledge and experience of the teacher’s discipline. At the same time to effectively promote the position of the teacher subject teaching knowledge at the beginning of the development are also proposed.This study uses case analysis of four high school physics teachers’ knowledge of subject teaching research. Through class observation and interview, from the five aspects of subject teaching knowledge obtained the position of teachers and experience the difference in the early. Mainly embodied in the following aspects: the knowledge of education goal, the early teachers focus on students’ mastery of knowledge and skills, and experience the teachers note attaches great importance to the development of students’ thinking ability. At the beginning of knowledge in physics, as the teachers focus on teaching content itself, and the teachers are experienced transverse curriculum knowledge, can from the perspective of physics discipline bridging knowledge in different subjects. In terms of student understanding of knowledge, at the beginning of teachers from homework feedback students understand situation, teacher to student’s knowledge and experience is rich, can know from various angles, the more accurate determination of the students’ actual learning starting point. In knowledge of teaching strategies, early teachers teaching method primarily, and experience is given priority to with inquiry teaching teachers. In the evaluation of knowledge, as the teachers like to direct feedback, at the beginning of the experience the teachers use more repeat supplement, form consultation and inquiry and so on.Finally, according to the research conclusion, to improve the early as high school physics teachers’ teaching knowledge put forward some Suggestions:(1) The need to constantly reflect on teaching practice.(2) The need to further improve the high school physics subject content knowledge.(3) Need to listen more excellent lesson, to promote discipline teaching knowledge.(4) The need for on-the-job training and gain. |
