After 2003, "People’s Republic of China Joint Education Ordinance" enacted, scholars study SFCRS increasing, but overall, the studies on the Joint Education history still insufficient. Current research on the history of the Joint Education and essentially limited to a brief introduction and description, mostly for general discussion, the lack of systematic research.This paper seeks the basis of empirical research on the Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, for example, analyze school student satisfaction evaluation of the teaching quality, and strive to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the sound development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.The paper uses questionnaires to collect information, mainly use SPSS20.0 statistical software for data descriptive statistics, factor analysis, independent sample T-test and tree models and other methods. According to empirical studies have found that students teaching quality satisfaction and student individual characteristics, household characteristics, and the school has a close relationship, three factors affect student satisfaction; and on this basis, XJTLU teaching management proposed recommendations accordingly.
