Teacher’s professional development is an effective way to improve the quality of teachers. In view of this, the teacher’s professional development has become a strategic goal of education in our country and the whole world. Teacher professional development is the important way of teachers to improve their professional quality, perfect their personalities, the renewal education idea,reform the teaching methods, teacher professional development is not only related to teachers’ professional development, is also related to the quality of students’ learning and the education quality. Today, with the vigorous development of China’s education,the professional development of teachers also has the strong external support, such as the promotion of the establishment of the legal status of teachers specialization,teachers’ salaries, teaching conditions, the continuous improvement, education funding has increased year by year, and so on, however, the teacher professional development,compared with developed countries, there are still a big gap, such as for the professional development of teachers, attention degree is not enough, to promote teachers’ professional development strategies have not been implemented, and so on.This article uses the method of literature research, empirical research and comparative analysis method, the actual situation of the concept of teacher professional development and Changchun City junior high school teachers professional development in the study of theory and practice, through the investigation learned that the teacher professional development on the whole is good, professional knowledge and knowledge,professional ethics, professional skills presented by high to low level, on the basis of ageneral study summed up the present situation and the existing problems of the professional knowledge, professional skills, professional ethics, the various dimensions of development. At the same time, the factors that affect the professional development of teachers are investigated. From the personal level, school level, social level to analyze which factors are favorable, which are the factors that hinder the development of teachers’ professional development.In view of the current situation and influence factors of teacher professional development, this paper puts forward the strategies to promote the professional development of teachers, teacher autonomy professional development way has two aspects, on the one hand is establish the consciousness of independent development, on the one hand is the independent development of practice behavior. External environment influence on Teachers’ professional development is enormous. Therefore we should do:to construct a comprehensive training mode; improve multidimensional teacher evaluation system; reducing the workload of teachers, security benefits equilibrium;increase the input of funds of the professional development of teachers. Teacher professional development is a systematic project, only the teachers themselves and the external conditions of joint efforts, will create a new situation in the professional development of teachers. |
