In recent years, our country the has paid more and more attention on teacher education, and issued many national education policies, whose aims are to improve the teaching qualities of normal college students through teacher education curriculum, as well as to promote their professional development. Knowledge is the core element of the curriculum, and the knowledge base is the foundation of the curriculum base. Traditional education research, which is holding the research paradigm of positivism, regards that knowledge has the characteristics of objectivity, universality and value. However, with the study of teachers’ knowledge deepen, this view has been criticized by the researchers. As a result, the relative personal knowledge gradually becomes the hot spot of the research. It also provides a new way for the implementation of the teacher education curriculum. From the perspective of personal knowledge, this study reveals the existing problems, analyses the reasons behind the problems, and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions of curriculum implementation in order to provide a reference for the teachers’education curriculum implementation plan for the normal university and the education department.This study uses the qualitative research method, such as classroom observation, interview, text analysis to collect research data, in order to study the following three questions:1.Through the analysis of the recent situation, what problems exist in the curriculum implementation process?2.Based on the above problems, what are the existing reasons for the problems in the curriculum implementation?3. In view of the problems and their causes, how to put forward some proposed practical recommendations to improve the curriculum implementation?After investigating the teacher education curriculum implementation in University in Zhejiang, this study found out that the recent overall situation of the teacher education curriculum implementation process is ideal. However, there are the following questions, such as the teaching content is manly subject knowledge, the teaching method is mainly instruct teaching, taking the evaluation model based on knowledge, and poor education practice. Through the phenomenon, the reasons are found:the traditional teacher education training idea ignores students’ personal meaning, the orientation of teacher education curriculum needs to be changed, the individual meaning of curriculum knowledge is neglected, the lack of students’ knowledge awareness and ability.Based on the theory of personal knowledge and the empirical research of teacher education curriculum implementation, this paper suggests the curriculum implementation should be improved in the following three aspects. Firstly, form the curriculum view of teacher education, including building an open, generated and process of curriculum; select the curriculum knowledge based on students’ interest and the demand; integrating the individual experience of normal students effectively; based on performance evaluation to provide feedback to improve the curriculum. Secondly, form the teaching view of teacher education, including create context to promote the creation of personal knowledge; provide support to promote the construction of personal knowledge; increase cooperative and dialogue to share the personal knowledge; reflect critically to promote the optimization of personal knowledge. Thirdly, form the practice view of teacher education, including in the time arrangement, the practical curriculum should run through the whole process of the teacher education; in the content setting, the theoretical study and practical experience should combine closely; in the practice instruction, create practical community of university and primary and middle school teachers.
