| The development of the society,the country’s prosperity and national strength are mostly up to talents’influence.college students,as the talent resources of social development, is seen as the hope and future of society, country and nation. Affected many different factors, those college students,as the main parts of this group, live in campus with their body and mind into a slow mature stage and their actions do not fully fit the core Socialist values advocated by modern society.In fact, considered from colleg students of hui in ning xia area and college, the specific research of core Socialist values on them seems more important. Focus on the theme, this article discusses the acquaintance of the socialism core value to start with theories, which leads to the necessity of socialism core value from both reality and value.Therefore, the effected factors of socialism core value of college students of hui in ning xia arise based on the questionnaire.
