The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has put forward that China’s economy will build the core concept of New Normal featured by innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing. With the steady advancement of the national strategy of public entrepreneurship and innovation", entrepreneurship from all masses is gaining steam, which has brought the blowout phenomenon of entrepreneurial education and training market, however, the domestic entrepreneurship education discipline is still at the preliminary stage of development, as the advent of the technology of the MOOC platform and the era of big data of mobile Internet, whether the entrepreneurship education can in the short term apply the MOOC mode to solve the supplying and demanding contradiction between the entrepreneurial education and training market and to allocate the high quality resource so as to achieve the universal education on entrepreneurship to meet the specific needs for innovation management talents from national innovation economy as well as the old and new kinetic energy adjustment, is increasingly urgent.As the first domestic internationalized business school that focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation education, NBS business school is faced by the complex economic, strategic and technological environment, which not only contains the huge development opportunities, but also poses all kinds of challenges, therefore, business schools not only have significant strategic advantages, but also are confronted with the potential risks of the business development. It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive environmental analysis as well as the advantages and disadvantages analysis for business schools, to put the unique advantages of business schools into full play and to take the advantage of the national planning of Internet plus. In addition, how to apply the education technology of MOOC platform on the basis of the self innovation concept of nothing stays the same but change to seek the vast market of the entrepreneurship online education in a subversively innovative manner seems extremely urgent.According to the development status of NBS business, the author of this paper conducts the analysis from the macro economy, policy, technology, social cultural environment and other aspects, at the same time, the analysis on market demand for products, industry competition patterns, the online user market, users’ habits and the internal composition of the business students and etc from the micro aspect. Based on the above analysis, the SWOT analysis has been conducted in NBS business school; On the basis of the analysis of internal and external environment of the business school, the paper specifically segments the markets for the NBS business school products to determine the target market and market positioning of the School. Then according to the target customer demands and product positions, the paper sets up the corresponding product, pricing, channel, marketing, quality control strand service strategies. Finally, through the marketing thinking innovation, the paper improves the matrix organization management and the information management system and establishes the internal entrepreneurship mechanism in business school in order to ensure the effective implementation of the product marketing.
