The Research Of How To Develop The Information Resources Of The National Entrance Examination For Postgraduate(NEEP)

In the networking and sharing of information resources of today, the development and utilization of information resources become a public concern in the community. In recent years, due to the development of higher education、the government’s policy guidance and severe employment situation, the number of people who taking the graduate examination increased year by year, this group has eager demand for the information of postgraduate entrance examination information resources.At present, "The Craze For Graduate School" has become a prominent social phenomenon, but there is few study about it,this paper argues that the development and utilization of information resources are worthy of an in-depth study, and it is imperative.the purpose of the study is to investigate the current situation of postgraduate entrance examination information resources,and bring up the problems and shortcomings of it, then make some innovative suggestions for the improvement of it to meet the needs of people,meanwhile, make a contribution to our country’s informatization.This paper is divided into four parts,the main contents are as follows:First,introduce the background and significance of this research,and analyze the current situation of the postgraduate entrance examination information resources.Overview the papers and theory about the research,then make a comprehensive explanation of the postgraduate entrance examination information resource including its connotation, basic characteristics, main types and features.Second,investigate the present situation of postgraduate entrance examination information resources,then according to the types of the information resources,the paper study from both the official and unofficial ways,and made a detailed statistics about it.In order to ensure the accuracy and veracity of the study,the article use questionnaire to investigate the respondents.The third part,through analyst the current situation of the research, the paper put forward some several problem of it. lack of policy guidelines、 the dissemination of the information resources is scattered、lack of a platform to satisfied the information demander.The fourth part,based on the current status of postgraduate entrance examination information resources,the paper put forward some countermeasures.Making a information resource sharing platform is a perfect solution to solve the problems of the current situation.the technology of cloud service can help the platform more efficient to disseminate the information and meet people’s information needs.
