This study focus on undergraduates’ teaching satisfaction of two universities in Jiangsu Province. The undergraduates’ teaching satisfaction was nearly more satisfied, and the biggest factor which affecting student teaching satisfaction is classroom instruction,followed by the teachers’ teaching ability and professional curriculum design. The students’ teaching satisfaction of a university in Suzhou is significantly higher than that of a university in Nanjing. The teaching satisfaction of students who understand the professional training goals is higher than those who do not. Teachers’ title has important influence on the teaching satisfaction, the higher title the higher satisfaction. The satisfaction of liberal arts students is higher than the science students. The satisfaction of higher professional identity is higher than those who want to change major. Students’ grade has important influence on the teaching satisfaction,the lower grade,the higher satisfaction.Satisfaction of winning student is lower than the not winning student, and satisfaction of students who worry about employment is higher than who don’t worry. In this regard, this article put forward corresponding strategic from the perspective of schools,teachers and students. The university should adjust the course structure according to the application value, carry out the education of training goals and strengthen the undergraduate teaching evaluation mechanism with students as the main body. Teachers should process knowledge width by learning professional knowledge, deepen the teaching reflection through the summary of teaching communication meetings and improve enthusiastic teaching manner to maintain positive mood. Students should go to school in strict accordance with the schedule,do not skip class and don’t miss a class. In addition, students should adjust the learning attitude and learning direction. The last and most important is students need to shift their understanding to enhance the love for the major.
