This is known as evaluation.A process from goal setting to evaluation is a head-tail course of education behavior, and each process from goal achievement to summary evaluation is a course in which a man improves his behavioral level continually.There is a clear standard for teaching aims, and corresponding adjustments are also made according to the change of the times, but many people merely regard teaching evaluation as assignment and test scoring. This has undoubtedly reduced the connotation of evaluation and weakened the function of evaluation. Especially for highly abstract disciplines like art, there is usually a lack of constant quantitative evaluation criteria. So, the instant evaluation in classroom has exactly become an important part of art class. For art, evaluation not only has selective and screening ability, but also can improve and facilitate students’ awareness of aesthetic appreciation through an accurate, introductory and encouraging evaluation, to promote their all-round development. For a teacher, he can reflect on and adjust every teaching objective, plan and method in accordance with the feedback received, to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching quality.The instant evaluation in art class can not only encourage students to apply their imaginations to creation, but also correct and guide their aesthetic viewpoints in time; not only teach them knowledge, but also promote them to think divergently. The elementary teaching discussed in this paper refers to the basic art teaching in elementary education. But how to make an instant evaluation successfully in basic art teaching class? And how to bring the unique effect of instant evaluation into play? This is the content needing studying in this paper.This paper first generalizes the concept, significance and status of instant evaluation, and then points out in accordance with the new requirements of art curriculum teaching standards for evaluation and the problems of instant evaluation existing in Chinese art class teaching at the present stage that instant evaluation should be made based on the new curriculum standards, and attention should be paid to the current problems of instant evaluation.Second, suggestions are put forward for the enhancement of teachers’ professional qualities. The influence of professional qualities such as art subject knowledge, developmental and educational psychology, art education theory, traditional culture and comprehensive accomplishments on instant evaluation can be raised to enable teachers to think divergently, ponder over the evaluation criteria from multiple points of view in a diversified way, and well control instant evaluation in classroom.Finally, it’s pointed out based on the above knowledge that teachers’ evaluation terms can be optimized and valuation means can be improved to enhance the effect of instant evaluation in art class. |
