Talent Cultivation Mode Of Dongguan Vocational Education Under The Background Of Urbanization

District economy depends on its urbanization.In the meanwhile, urbanization relys on vocational education. Vocational education is the key role of long-term interest of the provinces,helping the urbanization construction momentum and support. Modern urbanization shows in urban areas, rural areas, industry interaction, production intensive features such as the direction of development who needs to build a more professional matching or complex high-level talents. Urbanization City as the country’s rapid economic development in most towns, its industrialization process relate to a series of professional education related issues. Dongguan is famous of its manufacture and names as ‘the factory of world’. Currently, there are sevral problems in the Dongguan pillar industries in the number of skilled personnel, the general lack of quantity, high-quality, high-tech skilled personnel mostly relying on foreign workers, the‘self-production’of high-quality talent supply can not meet social needs. Therefore, Dongguan’s government, business, industry related organizations concerned for their vocational education increasingly tight, have to couple with a high degree of importance to the development over the years. In additon, not only the vocational education corresponding training model became more relative to the process of urbanization the link,but also to improve the quality of labor in social production ladder. This article begin with the industrial distribution characteristics of each region, separate them into four periods wih the Chinese economy development and vocational education developmen.Firstly, describing the facts of Dongguan vocational education and find out the characteristics of its talent cultivation modes in classical and modern. Setting up the regional vocational and professional, combining with the history of evolution in which a representative of the vocational school, conduct research on the development of vocational training model in Dongguan. Secondly, through analyzing data and surveys and other research methods, finding out the problems of Dongguan vocational personnel training and the future development trend analysis.Finally making the solution to overcome the problems and summarize the Dongguan features unique vocational education and make recommendations appropriate measures to enhance the development of Dongguuan urbanization.
