Research On Educational Work Of Financial Aid For Private Colleges

Private colleges,an important part of higher education in China,play an important role in the popularization of higher education.For a long time,the party and the government have pay a lot of attention to financial aid work in private colleges.The report on the 18 th National Congress of the CPC pointed out “Do great efforts to run education to the satisfaction of the people”, “We should vigorously promote education equity and improve the level of financial support for families with financial difficulties,so that every child can become a useful talent.It is proposed in the “National Medium and Long-term Plan for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)”that we promote the fairness of education as national basic education policy.On November 12,2013,the third plenary session of the eighteenth through the “On Comprehensively Deepening Reform of China’s Central Certain Major Issue Decision” proposed that “vigorously promote education fair, and improve the family economic difficulties students funding system”.Student financial aid work have became the focus of attention from the Party,the government and the community.With the popularization of higher education,although private higher education has made great progress,the problem of funding education work has become increasingly prominent issue.In the process of promoting the funding policy,student financial aid education became the important content for educators to think about and study.In this paper, basing on the document analysis research on the articles and studies about domestic and foreign universities of poor students,discusses the the importance of private college students financial aid work,analyses the foreign advanced concept,mode of aid and revelation.Investigation analysis has been used in analyzing Chongqing(including this, specialist) 24 private colleges,summarized the contradiction between supply and demand of financing problems of private colleges at present,students in the process of funding the moral problems, lack of funding for the follow-up education and so on, which has great influences in the healthy development of private colleges students. Based on the experience and investigation above,I combined my working experience in private colleges,puts forward countermeasures for strengthening the educational work of private college student financial aid.There are four aspects to explore the financial aid education methods,which are as follows:The first one is the institution building,improving the system of the implementation of the financial aid work,establishing the corresponding supervision system,punishment system and review system,which are able to ensure financial aid education;the second one is material aspect,increasing government investment in education and the funded projects from school,making full use of social resources,developing more social support;the third one is psychic aspect,improving the comprehensive quality of aid workers,strengthening students’ ideological education and psychological counseling,which are able to achieve the goal of financial aid education;the forth aspect is environment influence,using the role of the environment education,optimizing the cultural environment of campus, purifying the campus network,and make full use of network platform for financial aid work.Institutional building as guarantee, material assistance as a support,in collaboration with the psychic support,combining with the influence of the environment, exploring the effectiveness of improving the work of financial aid educational work in private colleges,providing reference for better conduct of private colleges student financial aid educational work.
