Now, all countries are actively carrying out education reform activities, curriculum reform is particularly prominent. In mathematics education, mathematics teaching material is the most important curriculum resource, which influences the reform of mathematics curriculum to a great extent. Therefore, through different countries, the comparison of different versions of the math textbooks, which can provide some reference for our country mathematics textbook, found their own inadequacies, and improve their weaknesses and consolidate their own strengths, to escort our mathematics curriculum reform. This study selected the People’s Education Press (PEP) high school textbook which is published in 2004 in China.(version A) (hereinafter referred to as Chinese version) and Singapore Panpac education mathematics (hereinafter referred to as the Singapore Edition) and the United States Prentice Hall published in 2004 of the connected Mathematics (hereinafter referred to as the American version) geometry textbook for senior middle school. Because the surface area and volume of space geometry is the foundation and the key part of the space geometry module, it can reflect the writing and setting up of the space geometry module. Therefore, this chapter is selected as the object of study, and the static analysis of the three materials is carried out. This research mainly studies the following several problems:The characteristic of three textbooks on the space geometric module content arrangement; The difference of three textbooks in the knowledge point of the depth and breadth; The similarities and differences of three textbooks in teaching way and requirements of students. In this study, we use the macro and micro, qualitative and quantitative methods to compare the content. In this paper, we use the literature method.. content comparison method-. statistical method、case analysis and other research methods, and combined with Excel, Matlab and other software of data processing, drawing the following conclusions:1、Three textbooks on geometry content of space arrangement has strong logic and systematic, and our knowledge is more; more normative in Singapore framework, content is relatively dispersed; American textbook is more holistic, and cycle is more obvious.2、Chinese textbooks pay more attention to the relevance of knowledge, let students hands-on, think for themselves; Singapore textbooks pay more attention to the knowledge of the specific rendering process, and more specifically, more detailed; American textbooks focus on knowledge system and axiomatic.3、Our textbooks pay more attention to the transformation of students’learning style, the Singapore textbook is too much emphasis on the presentation of the students answer, such as the concept; to the American, the contents of the textbooks are abundant, " teaching " and " practicing ", and pay more attention to students’knowledge of practical application abilityBased on the conclusion of the study, the paper describes the characteristics of the three countries, and puts forward some personal suggestions for the reform of the high school mathematics teaching material in our country.
