The Entrepreneurship Quality Training Of College Students In The Ideological And Political Education

With the rapid development of China’s higher education and innovation oriented country deeply,the cultivation of high-quality talents of innovation and entrepreneurial has become the important target and content of the higher education in china. Throughout the college introduced a number of measures is often biased in the cultivation of students practical ability of enterprise, and ignore the quality of entrepreneurship on the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship, which leads to college students in our country due to the lack of innovative entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial success rate is low. Ideological and political education is an important part of China’s higher education system, which has an important role in the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial ability,which can promote the overall development of college students through improving the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship. In this paper, by focusing on Ideological and political education to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ quality of entrepreneurship path, designed to enhance the entrepreneurial quality of college students, stimulate the students’ spirit of innovation, to improve college students’ entrepreneurial success rate and promote college students’ effective employment, so as to promote China’s socialist economic development.This paper is divided into parts:Part I: Introduction. First introduced the background and significance of this topic;Secondly analyzed the domestic and foreign research present situation from two aspects of theory and practice; Finally, it is pointed out that the use of research methods and in the process of innovation and deficiencies.Part II: The overview of related theories of entrepreneurial quality of college students. This chapter defines the connotation, content, features and other related concepts of college students’ entrepreneurial quality, and expounds the theoretical basis of the cultivation of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality training, focus on the analysis of the ideological and political education in cultivating college students’ entrepreneurial qualities.Part III: The problems and causes of college students’ entrepreneurial quality. According to the contents of college students’ entrepreneurial qualities and the research reports and related materials of college students’ employment and entrepreneurship in recent years, analyzes the problems existing in the current college students’ entrepreneurial quality, and from the traditional culture negative thoughts, social environment, colleges and universities, students themselves four aspects to analyze the reasons.Part IV: The path of ideological and political education to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial quality. This section is the core focus of this paper, mainly from the renewal idea of Ideological and political education, improve the form of the ideological and political education, expand channels, enriching the content, and improve the mechanism of five aspects to launch the elaboration.
