All walks of life have heatedly discussed the research on the practice and cultivation of socialist core values. Private schools as an important part of our national education system, It is responsible for the country to cultivate qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause of the task, which determines the private schools must actively cultivate and practice the socialist core values, and guide the teachers and students to actively cultivate and practice socialist core values.This article selects five private schools to investigate in Henan, through the integration of the analysis of the survey results, we can analyze the current of private schools from three aspects, which is private school leadership, teacher groups, student groups. first we must affirm the achievements that already made, but also we need to fully understand that the private schools currently exist many problems in the process of cultivating and practicing socialist core values, such as not enough emphasis, education concept deviation, cultivation of a single method, self-positioning deviations group of teachers, lack of initiative, lack of student internal demand.Private secondary schools to cultivate and practice the socialist core values should first pay attention to the inheritance and development of the traditional ideological and political education method, adhere to the humanistic care and psychological counseling in the concrete application appropriate combination, adhere to the dominant education and contact education, insist on a rational and reasonable balance between education and emotional education. Second, we must combine the actual situation of private schools to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, and from a focus on rules and regulations, improve the approval and supervision system, the implementation of national policy requirements, and comprehensively promote the socialist core values of nurturing and practice, foster broaden channels,to consolidate the dominant position of students, give full play the main role of students, we hope we can provide operational advice for the private secondary schools to cultivate the socialist core values.
