The shot put is a fast strength project, the player should master not only excellent skill, but also have good power. In a word we can say that the pros and cons of power directly affects the size of the special performance. Power is not a single force quality, it is the organic combination of strength and speed, strength in the power is the basis of shot put, not the strength to do support it will be impossible to get good grades; in turn if the lack of the velocity components, the biggest strength is difficult to play out, so we can not get good performance too. Strength components and speed components of power are complementary to each other, strength is the basis of speed, speed is a sign of strength. So coaches often adopts heavy load training in training to develop the strength component of the power, little weight training to develop the speed component of power. The power training effectiveness of the different size、different load combinations training method is better than the power training effectiveness of single medium weight training method, and also the existing experimental study show that the power training effectiveness of method of the development of the parallel and alternate is better than the power training effectiveness of method of the development of the high and low different load separately. But alternate development、parallel development does not reflect concrete changes in load combination of quantitative control (a single change、 between groups change、day、week, etc), these words have the characteristics of "qualitative" fuzzy, do not conform to the scientific control of strength training. So this article use Cthe experiment research of power training effectiveness with different load combinations of shot put upper limbs》as topic. Use the inclined bench press that the experts at home and abroad have been positioning of shot put effective training means action for training. Through documentary, expert interview method, experimental method, and the concrete method of mathematical statistics to the different load combinations (experiment of group 1 with changes in sets, experiment of group 2 with changes in days, experiment of group 3 with changes in weeks) to study the effectiveness of power. Hope for shot put of upper limb power and other training of power project to provide some theoretical and practical basis, through the experimental study and data analysis, the followingconclusions:1、Developing strength components of power with heavy load (90% of maximal force) and develop, velocity components of power with light load (40% of maximal force).In our training, we can get a good training effectiveness of upper limbs power of shot put with two different load interval training method.2、Experiment of group 1 with load structure of three sets of heavy load and three sets of light load in power training, both the strength components of power and velocity components of power are weaker than experiment of group 2. Experiment of group 1 emphasize the advantageous conditions of shot put upper limbs velocity components training, ignoring the shot put upper limb strength components training, maximum strength of shot put upper limb is insufficient, in turn, limits the further development of upper limbs power.3、Experiment of group 2 with load structure of different load changing in days has the best result both in strength components and velocity components of power training effectiveness in the three groups, and compared with group 1 and group 2 in growth both two aspects, the experiment of 3 group has significant difference, the load combination structure of upper limbs power training is the best among three groups.4、Experiment of group 3 with load structure of different load changing in weeks has worst effectiveness in power training in three groups. Because in the transformation model in week, both the maximum strength and fast force do not connect close enough not timely, leading to shot put upper limbs power increasing is the smallest in the groups, but the maximal strength increasing is bigger than the experiment of group 1, and that proves:player who has good maximum force does not mean he or she has better power.
