With the trend of poPulation aging in China continues to deepen,the rising demand for sports fitnegss the elderly, Sportsi Association for the elderly is to promote the elderly health service organization is one of effective way for China to cope with the aging society, aged spprts organization construction and development is not only related to the health of the elderly,but also related to the development of tbe elde1y sports, so study of aged sports organization is imperative.Therefore,the research on Beijing city elderly Sports Association as the research object, the third sector theory, governance and good governance theory as the theoretical basis, using the method of literature,expert interviews, case study method,logic analysis method, combined with the ″Haidian Distirict Sports Association for the elderly″ case, from the aspects of organization construction and management work facilities construction and management work, the elderly fitness activity state are analyzed and discussed on the development of Beijing City Sports Association for the elderly, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, which can be expected by improving the construction of Bei jing city elderly sports organizations,to protect the heath of the elderly, provide better services for the elderly,so to eiiectiveiy aeal with the arrival or the aglng society.The results of the study show that:Beijing City Sports Association for the elderly organization and management more perfect,except individual suburban districts and counties has been basically established four organization management system in the organization and team building, in the activities of the organization, in the construction site, in fund management, have made certain achievements.But there are still some problems in the organization construction , the management system is mainly the administrative management,the major activities of the organization to carry out the main instructions mainly, the lack of a certain positiVe. Public investment and social investment in the aged sports industry is obviously insufficient. The lack of professional sports management services for the elderly, there is no dedicated facilities management personnel.The healthy elderly in Beijing sports organization system,broadening sources of elderly sports security in Beijing,improve the elderly in Beijing sports service system,Straighten out the relationship so on.
