With the introduction of the internet into China in the end of last century, the practice of applying network advanced technology to the ideological and political education of colleges has been carried out, ideological and political education in colleges has entered a new historical period of network because of that. In recent years, with the developing of reform and opening up, ideological knowledge and value orientation of Chinese college students in the period of social transition is turning to be diverse, even some swings and alienation in some degree. However, network accelerate the formation of college students’ multiple values which include positives and negatives because of its openness, equality and interactivity, in addition, some undesirable social trends of thought continue to penetrate into the campus through the freedom network, all these process will make college students in the state of passive acceptance all the time, appearing confusion, confusion and other negative emotions. At the same time, the traditional ideological and political education in colleges gradually separated from the real life because of rigid mode of infusion, being not favored by college students and effect greatly reduced.It makes ideological and political education in colleges facing with severe internal and external challenges. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent for campus to innovate traditional ideological and political education, expand the new field of ideological and political Education and combine the advantages of the network with the advanced concept of the recessive ideological and political education to improve the attractiveness and effectiveness of ideological and political education.The thesis starts from some related concepts and basic problems about the recessive ideological and political education in colleges in the perspective of network. The first chapter mainly explains the connotation, characteristics and functions of the network and the recessive ideological and political education, then begin to return to the specific space environment of university to explain the meaning, role orientation, characteristics and important role in the process of university education about the recessive ideological and political education for the purpose that distinguish between generality and particularity and lock specific scope of practice. After that, sum up the internal consistency of the network and the recessive ideological and political education in colleges from the nature, form, content and way through the definition of these basic concepts and problems to prepare for the interaction between the two.The second chapter come straight to the point to emphasize the necessity and certainty of using the network to carry out the recessive ideological and political education in colleges from the four aspects include mastery of ideological discourse power, challenges in the society’s environment, the development of the new path and actual effect of the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and the deficiency of the traditional ideological and political education. Each of these aspects is discussed from two aspects of the network and the recessive ideological and political education in colleges. Then analyze in details the inseparable connection between the network and the recessive ideological and political education in colleges from the four aspects that open network platform, rich network resource, equal network interaction and the lifestyle language which are the advantages of using network to carry out the recessive ideological and political education in colleges in other words.After all before, chapter three tends to explains the present situation of the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and the reasons for the existing problems, using the natural transition from numerous theories and relationships to the practice in real state. In the part of the present situation, the emphasis on the construction of the network platform for the recessive ideological and political education in colleges is affirmed, what is more important is finger out some common problems of reality in the process, such as the attraction is not strong because of Poor content innovation, little influence because of insufficient resources development and the environment which needs to be improved. Through the deep and objective analysis of self and our own place, we can make efforts in the future and improvement more clear, path selection will be more targeted, too.On the path to explore in the fourth chapter, above all, make some relationships in the path choice clear which include virtual reality and reality, openness and cohesion, interaction and dominance, social education and self education in the process of the recessive ideological and political education on the basis of different logical points, nature and characteristics between network and educational activities that university educators must grasp. That is how to grasp and deal with the special contradiction in the process of practice, too.Next step, put forward own constructive comments about the methods as the end result of the article, the main parts are development of working network resources, guidance of network public opinion, change of network discourse, training of network talents and linkage between family and school on the internet. This chapter is also the main innovation of this paper, which is not only satisfied with the raise of some ways and suggestions, but also try to follow the correct method of logic theory system establishment closely to form the path selection under the guidance of correct thought for the purpose of more scientific and feasible suggesting.Moreover, in the prolegomena section before the text, it clearly shows the intention of writing, the writing framework and the research level according to the introduction about the background of selected topic, the purpose of the research, significance of the research, the complex status of the research, research methods and ideas. It provides an important basis and reference for the layout of the whole article, forming a more complete system of the article.
