Social psychological adjustment problems are becoming more and more serious associated with the graduated students. This article mainly from the point of the employment, the research will focus on the employment of university graduates in the social psychological adaptation; the social psychological adaptation is closely related to the employment problem of university students. At the same time, with a certain degree of innovation. With the impact of the expansion of college enrollment and education reform, the mass higher education has gradually come into our vision. With the changes in the situation of reform and the number of graduates continues to increase, the psychological pressure is also come to increase, the common "the most difficult" words gradually induced the public’s attention. Employment problems are not only related with university students themselves, but also related with the construction of the whole people’s livelihood. At the same time, faced with the choice of employment, university graduates cannot hold a very good view, with a positive attitude to face the psychological pressure produced by the employment problem of the social adaptation, it is easy to cause some psychological problems, which will produce a lot of social psychological adaptation problems.Social psychological adaptation is a stage that every college graduates have to experience. In this stage is an important symbol to test a good student from "school people " into "social person" and "professional people". This paper first puts forward the concept of social adaptation psychology from the perspective of theory, and applies it to the employment of university graduates.The research of this paper focuses on the following five parts. The first part is the introduction. Mainly discusses the research background and significance of the topic, with the reference to the domestic and foreign on social adaptation of psychological research, by using the methods of literature, questionnaire survey method, inductive deductive method, and then put forward the article originality: social psychological adaptation in the employment of university students. The second part is an overview of the relevant theories. According to the social adaptation and social adaptation psychology, put forward the social psychological adaptation. Then the theoretical basis and the structure and function of the social adaptation psychology are put into forward. The third part analyzes the current situation of social adaptation. By making about college students’ employment social adaptation questionnaire, the questionnaire includes two parts: one is social adaptation psychological questionnaire; the second is the effective releases of psychological adaptation test questionnaire, analyses the results of the questionnaire, draw the conclusion. The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of social psychological discomfort. Mainly from four levels: the social environment, school education, family education and college graduates.The fifth part are the relevant solutions. In view of the above reasons, this part makes a comprehensive consideration from the aspects of society, school, family and university graduates, and puts forward some suggestions based on the conclusion.
