Beijing Three High Clubs Operate Campus Football Successful Case Studies

The globally recognized number one sport is football. China is the birthplace of ancient football. Playing football can unite strength, increase health, build charisma, and show the willingness to fight, struggle and win. China’s GPD is second in the world.Since the establishment of the country, competitive sports have strived. China won 51 gold medals, 21 silver medals and 28 bronze medals in the 2008 Olympics. Apart from being great, this fact also brings a problem: what truly reflects the economically powers of countries are the “Three Major Balls”, especially football. The development of Chinese football after the establishment of state, under the influence of many societal and environmental aspects, was difficult. The difficulty of Chinese football development is opposite to China’s great economic achievements, unlike other major developing countries. It is undeniable that Chinese teenagers’ physical health is not optimistic.Improving teenagers’ physical healthy is crucial. Chinese football is taken very seriously by the political party and government of China. On the 26 th of November 2014, the national school yard football TV telephone conference meeting will develop Chinese football, strongly develop school football and elevate China’s development of football tactics, connecting to the “Chinese Dream”. The conference meeting’s results show that country is resolute and confident in the development of Chinese football. Looking at countries with high football development: Germany, Netherland and Japan, etc.They all have many teenage football backups. If teenagers are strong, the country is strong.Teenagers are the blooming flowers of the country’s future.As a sports nation, we need to have a strong reserve force by teenagers as a foundation. Development of campus football is an important and urgent strategic task.It is the need of cultivating qualified personnel and the indispensable parts of accomplishing the the basic task of "Strengthening morality education";meanwhile,it is the inheritance and development of China’s excellent culture.Throughout the campus football development situation in our country, founding some problems. Renmin university of China(here in after referred to as the "high") of the affiliated high school of three high football club has made brilliant achievement and cultivated a large number of talents after carrying out the campus football more than twenty years.This paper studies the successful practice of campus football at three-high school football club from the background,educational philosophy, teaching training system, etc.Through the literature material law,expert interviews, investigation method, logic analysis of data processing, conclusions are made as follows:(1) The school leaders have the foresight, support and attention to the development of campus football and there is a group of striving for staff.(2)Educational philosophy and specific goals, good education teaching environment and teaching conditions, venue facilities.(3) Adhere to the “teaching body” a combination of roads, education people, way to solve the problem of athletes,focus on training ideology overall development of students.(4) Teachers high level of theoretical knowledge,professional skills trainers; the teaching training in the right way; pay attention to balance the relationship between the cultural knowledge learning and football training; pay attention to the all-round development of students, etc. Suggestions:(1) The school leaders should attach importance to and support the development of the campus football and insist on education, take the combination of education with road;(2) Training football professional teachers;(3) To carry out the campus football will rejoice in the university condition, not formalism. This article analyzes the high three football club,aims to provide a valuable reference for the effective conduct of football on campus.
