Along with the elite education stage of our country’s higher education into the popularization stage and the rapid increase of the number of students in colleges and universities, our countries constructed a new batch of universities in order to achieve the goal of education to serve the local economic development, through the way such as merger, promoted and so on. Along with the rapid increase of the number of students, the existing professional teachers already can’t satisfy the needs of teaching. Universities beginning to introduce a large number of teachers, young faculties gradually become the main force of college teaching.In the day of Parts of the undergraduate course colleges and universities has been promoted transformation development. the newly-established universities as the main body of transforming, who’s transformation development problems getting the attention of scholars increasingly. Teachers in colleges and universities as the cause of higher education is the first resource and the key to teaching. The transformation of newly-established universities is mainly rely on our young faculties’teaching and the development of themselves. In addition,《The ministry of education and finance released the implementation of "higher school undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project" during the "The twelve five-years"》 indicate that, The quality of education in colleges and universities are closely associated with faculties’teaching development, but also reflects our country’s emphasis on teaching.Teaching development of young faculties who are 40 years old of full-time teachers engaged in teaching work in colleges and universities, refers to who’s teaching development and improvement of knowledge, emotion and skills. Teaching development can enhance the faculties’teaching confidence and ability and ensure the student’s learning effect and improve the education quality of colleges and universities.This study is based on the theory of career development, lifelong education, teaching academic. From the point of view the functions of university, teachers’ lifelong development and teaching academic, the author discuss the importance of faculties’teaching development in newly-established universities.Through questionnaire and depth interview to investigate the young faculties of the college D. The author analysis the existing problems of young faculties’teaching development in the teaching in newly-established universities from the individual level and universities level respectively. From the individual level of the young faculties, faculties’self positioning is ambiguity, the preparation of professional knowledge is inadequate, the experience of pre-career is lack, the chance of exercise in firm is less, the existing evaluation standards lead to the input of teaching can not get approval. From the level of colleges and universities, the support of teaching remains to be perfected, the train of teaching needs to be improved.Aim at the existing problems of young faculties’teaching development in the teaching of newly-established universities, the author proposed counter measures from the individual level and universities level respectively. From the individual level of the young faculties. Primary, clear self position and set up the self dedication. First, young faculties should be look at teaching in the first place. Second, young faculties in newly-established universities should be look at the training objective of Applied talents. Final, faculties should be have the spirit of devotion. The second, young faculties should be pay attention to update the professional knowledge, set up the idea of "academic teaching". The third, young faculties should be grasp the opportunities to exercise in a firm in order to improve the ability of practice teaching. The fourth, young faculties should be take an active part in the training of teaching in order to improve the skills. From the level of colleges and universities. Primary, "Introduce" combination with "Cultivate". The second, "Software" combination with"Hardware". The third, "Teaching" equal to " Researching".
