Subjective well-being is the core concept of positive psychology, that people are based on personal criteria for their positive evaluation of the quality of life. In order to explore the differences between different groups of postgraduates’subjective well-being and psychological pressure, and the relationship between subjective well-being and postgraduates psychological pressure, this study adopted "Subjective Well-being Questionnaire" (SWB) and "Psychological Stressors Postgraduates Questionnaire" designed by Liu Ying as research tools, selected 491 postgraduates in five universities in Hunan province, analyzed by Software SPSS 18.0. Study drew the following conclusions:First, postgraduates had medium level of subjective well-being;Second, postgraduates in different gender, love and marriage status, different grades, and family economic status had significant differences on some dimensions of subjective well-being;Third, postgraduates’ psychological pressure is ranked by a factor of sharing sort: academic, employment and prospect, economic are in front;Fourth, postgraduates in different gender, love and marriage status, different grades, different origin and economic status had significant difference in the partial pressure of the psychological factors;Fifth, postgraduates’ SWB three dimensions and the total scale score and psychological stressors seven factors and the total pressure of the existence of scale scores correlated highly significant negative correlation;Sixth, according to regression analysis found that postgraduates’ other pressure, interpersonal pressure, love and marriage pressure on subjective well-being has some predictive effect, these three indicators can be explained 36.1% of the total variance of subjective well-being.
