In this study,30 matches of Liu Shiwen and her elite components during the 50-53 International Table Tennis competition was analyzed using video analysis, with helps analysis techniques such as literature. Analysis, recording analysis, statistical analysis, and "three stage" evaluation method. These data analysis made possible for clarifying the trend with Liu Shiwen undertook for the next five years. The data allowed investigation of her technical strategies, characteristics and possible route of developments. In turn, these developments were the evaluation and disgnosed. Ultimately, these analysis will provide reference material for her future training and performances during the upcoming Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janerio. The studying got the following conclusions:1. Judging from overall trends during 2010-2014, Liu’s performance has increased. From the scoring rate, serving the ball and catching and returning the ball has significantly increased. Scores from the stagnate segment had decreased, and the three stage change was apparent. From the rate of usage, rate of usage was always higher than the previous two, and the developmental trend was the same for these five years. It is apparent that improvement in score has benefited most from the first two stages.2. The score rate during the serving segment was improved, the it was seemed satisfactory with small outliers but consistent overall. Liu’ s score in the serving segment five year has increased and seems to be increasing, with serving segment making the most significant progress.3. In Liu’s catching segment, the overall score trend is higher in the last three years than the first two years. The rate of usage did not appear to increase nor decrease, so the evaluation was good. Liu’s best index is during serving and attaching and has an increasing trend in higher score, meaning that her aggressiveness in serving has increased.4. Out of the three stage ratio, Liu excelled during the stamate stage, with a score of 53.25%, usage rate of 49.45% and was evaluated to be good. The change and variation during the stagnate stage was not significant, meaning that her stability during matches were good.5. Judging from performances done by Western and Chinese atheletes, LiuShiwen possess more advantages in scoring over Western athletes. The rate of usage in the stagnant stage is higer than Western athletes, but the other two stages being lower. This means that Chinese athletes earn more score during the stagnant stage, but Western players are better at the other stages.
