With thedeepening development ofthe informatization.computer technology indaily teaching has been used more ways, and widely as well. The rise ofComputer Aided Instruction(calledCAI) not only make a lot of conveniences for the indoor education, but also providesvariety of innovativeteaching methods for the outdoor classes, PE education as know, step by step. Strength exercise had been ignored, it shouldplay an important rolein thedaily PE classes though. The reason is thatlesstime left for the strength exercise but most for the sport skills. While the teacher has no unlimited energy for each of the student to make their own plan. The problems can be solved easily and effectively Ifstudentscanusetheir spare timeeffectively to make their own plan of strength trainingautonomously.Thisthesisispurpose ondeveloping avolleyballspecificstrength trainingsoftware. By the studying of strength trainingtheory and checking a lot of relevant material,I collectedand summarized a large number of special strength training methods, and thenpicked some of them representative.lused the MySQL databasesoftware, complied the softwaredevelopment by PHP language.built the server base onnetwork by Apache HTTP Server. The whole process followsthe standardsof the development of software engineering. Eventuallydeveloped asoftware system, which with capable ofguidingstudents’autonomous strengthtraining. The system has a friendly user interface and easyfor operating, It provides a convenient platform for the interaction between teachers and students, It has also strong expansibility. The system provides lots ofgreatinformationfor students’practice.
