Abstract/Summary:
Form training is a form of physical training,which aims to improve students’ body shape through scientific training,and then to cultivate their sentiment,to relax the mood of the practitioner. With the rising of the national quality of life,the public’s understanding of the form beauty has also changed dramatically. Form beauty is a kind of natural beauty,which is influenced imperceptibly by the society. Form training is the scientific training of the practitioners’ body shapes,which can allows practitioners to improve their poor body shapes formed in the past,through guiding them to practice correct postures. The article discusses about concepts of the form training course,body shape,form training,and other related problems with expert-interviews method and teaching experiment method to the form training of the forty secondary school girls(15-17 years old) in two classes who enter Liaoning Vocational and Technical College of Mode Service at 2014. This paper expounds the necessity of Form training course in Chinese technical secondary schools at present,and the problems existing in the form training. And this paper proposes specific optimization solutions to the problem,and emphatically discusses the effects of the optimized form training course on the students’ body shape. The conclusions of the study are as follows:The research results:(1)Before the experiment started,the two groups students’ body shape indexes except of the waist circumference have no significant differences.After the experiment,the two groups students’ thigh and calf circumference degrees have significant differences.(2)The content of optimized form training course has certain effect on improving the body shape of the secondary school girls who enter the school at 2014. The weight, waist circumference, arm around, small arm circumference, thigh circumference, calf circumference degrees of the girls have significant differences between before and after the experiment. The height, chest circumference, hip circumference degrees have no significant difference.(3)The content of traditional form training course has certain effect on improving the body shape of the secondary school girls who enter the school at 2014. The arm around, small arm circumference degrees of the girls have significant differences between before and after the experiment. The weight, height, chest circumference, hip circumference, waist circumference, thigh circumference, calf circumference have no significant difference.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) Form training course should be popularized in secondary schools,to cultivate students’ awareness of aesthetic feeling of human body posture and inner temperament, to develop students awareness of lifelong physical exercise.(2) To explore the secondary school physical teaching, expand the physical education curriculum content structure inside and outside of the class in the secondary school, encouraged to carry out the scientific research work, optimize scientifically the physical teaching content, provide students with scientific reasonable effective exercise and learning environment.(3) According to the body form teaching and training, following the principle of physical education, in accordance with the needs and age of students, optimize and innovate the teaching content of the form training, make it fit the characteristics of The Times development.
