In recent years, with the growing awareness of democracy and the more attention to interests of rural teachers, rural teachers’ awareness of safeguard their legal rights improved obviously. However, rural gym teachers’ situation is still not optimistic while compare to other rural teachers. Protecting the interests of the rural middle school sports teachers not only directly affect the gym teachers’ working status and professional identity, but also affect the stability of rural gym teachers and the development of overall school sports. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the dilemma of rural middle school sports teachers’ expressing their interests and to protect the interests of rural middle school sports teachers. This thesis uses methods of literature data, questionnaire survey, data statistics, interviews and so on. It analysis the problems and influencing factors exists in the interests expression mechanism of PE teachers in rural middle school. And also put forwards to some suggestions to improve the interest expression mechanism of rural middle school PE teachers.The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the background and significance of the research. It summarizes from the three aspects of e interest expression, interest expression mechanism and teachers’ interests expression mechanism, which aims to provide a reference value for the research on the interests expression mechanism of rural middle school sports teachers. It also defines the core conception(the interests expression, the interests expression mechanism and the interests expression mechanism of rural middle school sports teachers), and introduces the thinking and technology pathway of the research.The second part contains two parts of research object and research method. The main research methods are literature review, questionnaire survey, interview method, mathematical statistics method. The content of the questionnaire was formulated on the basis of designing the question of the research on the mechanism of interest expression of the physical education teachers in rural middle school. And a total of 18 physical education teachers from 46 schools in 51 rural middle schools in Liuyang province were selected as the subjects.The third part is the result of surveying the interests expression mechanism of rural middle school sports teachers and the theoretical analysis to it. Firstly, analyzing the connotation, structure and function of the interests expression mechanism of teachers. Secondly, investigating the interests expression mechanism of teachers from the subjects, objects, ways, and methods. The results show that rural middle school PE Teachers’ rights awareness is weak, and the ability of interest expression is insufficient; the expression of the channel is single and the efficiency is low, also the non institutionalized expression channel is increased, and the interest expression channel is not perfect. It also shows the low efficiency of the rational expression and the extreme of emotion expression. What’s more, the relevant departments’ respond to the rural middle school sports teachers’ interest demands is low and lacking of effectiveness and so on.The fourth part analyzes the factors which affect the interest expression mechanism of rural middle school sports teachers from the aspects of concept and legal factors, school factors and individual factors. The factors mainly include the lacking of protection of sport law, and the influence of the traditional cultural thought of “despising warrior”; the school physical environment and the imperfect of management mechanism and communication mechanism of school; the low satisfaction of rural middle school physical education teachers’ self- life quality and the low vocational identity of the rural middle school teachers.The fifth part is to propose the ways to build the interest expression mechanism of rural middle school sports teachers. The suggestions are from the concept, system, legal and technology. The measures are to improve the awareness of the interest demand of rural middle school sports teachers, to improve the legal system, to improve the system of letters and visits, to ensure the reasonable public information of the school, to establish and implement the evaluation system of physical education teachers’ teaching, to strengthen the legal aid to protect the interests of rural sports teachers, and to ensure the reasonable allocation of resources.The sixth part summarizes the research and puts forward suggestions. It suggests to build up the communication mechanism with the center of the school from the society, government and schools, and to guide the rural middle school physical education teachers to use the system of interest expression channels effectively from the start of regulating the interests expression of rural middle school sports teachers, and to solve the dilemma of rural middle school sports teachers’ interests expression.
