Along with a new round of curricula reform for basic education where the core concept of new curricula should be better implemented, a three-dimensional goal involving “knowledge and skillsâ€, “process and methods†and “emotions, attitudes and values†is set as a response to the curricula standard of enhancing student’s development and quality in an all-around way. However, affected by several factors such as the idea of teaching and assessment, those who participate in high school physics teaching fail to realize that goal, especially the third level “emotions, attitudes and valuesâ€, with some students having no enthusiasm even opposing to learn physics. Therefore, a research is conducted so as to make “emotions, attitude and values†better penetrating to teaching gradually.Firstly, under the guidance of the theories of Constructionism and Humanism, different interpretations from both Psychology and new curricula standard for high school physics teaching are presented in this thesis through method of literature analysis. Secondly, the author has made good preparations for teaching case study through in-class observing and necessary note-taking. Moreover, in order to get information about the result of the class indirectly。random interviews with students after class have also been made. Thirdly, after studying some typical teaching cases, the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement. Furthermore, on the foundation of the outcomes of the study, some commonly used ways to achieve the goal of “emotions, attitudes and values†have been classified with some feasible dimensions coming out, being experiments, situations, history of Physics and personal charms of teachers. Finally, the author shows great expectations for some other possible ways to realize the upper level of the teaching goal, hoping that this thesis would improve teachers’ awareness of the importance of “emotions, attitudes and values†and further do good to the progress of Physics teaching practice. |
