A Study On Ideological And Political Education From “Realistic Individual”

The traditional ideological and political education is often starting from the need of the society. But with the continuous development of society, the disadvantages of the traditional ideological and political education is becoming more and more obviously. The main performance is weak pertinence, lack of attractive, low efficiency. Under the background of new era, the social needs and Ideological and political and moral quality of the people who accept education have been greatly changed. The traditional model of ideological and political education cannot meet the needs of the society and the needs of the people who accept education. So the Ideological and political education faces challenges. In this situation,for the study of ideological and political education should find new study direction, continuous innovation, in order to overcome the situation which the ideological and political education emerge with the new time request does not adapt the new era. In the process of ideological and political education, education object as an indispensable important factors in the ideological and political education practice, is the realistic individual, it has its own unique ideological and moral level and development needs. The traditional ideological and political education starts from the social needs which are difficult to adapt the characteristic of the ideological and political education moral development.At the same time, it difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the situation.
