With the constant development of the society, science and technology change rapidly. Sub-health has become the prominent, problem.The neck and shoulder pain is one of the common sub-health problems.In recent years, the problem trends to happen among the young. So people have to pay some attention on it now. Usually, people feel the neck-shoulder pain was mainly caused by the fatigue of the neck muscle.It means if the fatigue muscles on the neck can not get effective relaxation, it is very prone to have cervical spondylosis. And this will lead to more serious consequences.Therefore, whether the problems of cervical spondylosis happens or not. In our daily life, we should have the consciousness of the neck muscle relaxation. Relax the muscle can increase the flexibility and the flexibility of muscle, joint, range of motion. Therefore, how to improve the neck shoulder pain symptoms, how to reduce neck activity have become the topic of the thesis.Stretch training,is regarded as an important part of flexibility training.It can maintain and improve the fexibility of the joint.It has gradually been widely used among sports team training. Hyperthermia can increase the flexibility, accelerate blood circulation, It can also improve the metabolism ability and immunity function of body. In this paper, the neck of the subjects need to be tensile, hyperthermia and test with other methods. We observe the limitations of neck activity in order to pursue more effective methods to release the neck-shoulder pain.The method of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis are the mainly method of this thesis.Hyperthermia combined with manipulation stretch are used in comparative experimental study to see the limitations of neck activity. In 36 cervical vertebra disease with no activity limitations people as the experimental objects.They are randomly divided into tensile groups:hyperthermia group, hyperthermia combined with manual stretching group,.Each group has12 subjects. Comparative study was carried out by having different experimental factors in the 3 groups and the certain conditions. By collecting reflectction of neck flexion, extension, left lateral flexion, side bending, left rotation, right rotation.All of 6 indicators, we also recorded the pain degree value subjects proprioception, experimental data statistics and analysis, then have the following conclusion:1.Usually without impose any external experimental factors, neck activity does not become less.2. Stretch right three beam scalene muscle can effectively improve the neck fexibility, left lateral flexion, left rotation in three directions, and can relieve neck pain level. But the effect does not last long.3.Only of hyperthermia right scalene muscle cannot effectively relief limitations of neck activities.4.On the right side of the three beam scalene applied hyperthermia combined with manual stretching can effectively improve the neck, left lateral flexion, left rotation in three directions of motion, and can relief neck pain more, also the effect can last longer.
