Purpose:As we all know, whether it is for normal people, soccer, aerobics, or Wushu athletes, if we want to play well in training, flexibility is one of the decisive factors. China has introduced many foreign advanced training methods and means, but teaching has not been involved in many colleges. This paper mainly from the students’physical quality, uses the static stretching method, and attempts to combine with other methods (cold, hyperthermia physical factors stimulation). Observing the effect of practicing flexibility of thighs skeletal muscle by heating and cold therapy provides the reference for making a better flexibility training scheme, and improving the students’physical quality scientifically and effectively.Methods:There are the literature material law, experiment, measurement, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis in the paper.50 students who come from Sports science and Health Institute of Capital university of Physical Education and Sports are regarded as experimental subjects. The ratio of male and female isl:l, the range of age is from 20 to 23. They are divided into five groups (stretching group, hot and stretching group, cold and stretching group, hot and cold and drawing group, control group), according to different intervention condition. Each group has five boys and five girls, Except for control group, the other four groups do static stretching exercises keeping the same level of strength, movements and time. Experimenters take different intervention measures on the back of the thigh muscles parts of subjects.Exercise time:5 PM. Exercise frequency:5 times a week for 6 weeks. The two indexes of the experiment are the ROM of lower limb straight leg flexion hip and result of sit and reach, we test the two indexes before experiment, after 3 weeks and 6 weeks respectively. Experimental results of the measurement using SPSS 17.0 statistical data to draw a comparison between the groups of the experimental group and between the groups before and after the experiment, to judge which the implementation of the intervention condition to improve the effect of flexibility is better.Results:1. The change of the hip flexible indexes in each group exercise:Except for the control group, stretching group, heat and stretching group, stretching and ice group, heat and stretching and ice group for grade of Sit and reach, ROM of active straight leg flexion of the hip, ROM of the value of passive straight leg flexion of the hip matching T test and draw a comparison, then I found that:all of these had significant differences (P<0.01). The average value is greatly improved before and after exercise. The stretching and ice group made big influence range for the flexible indexes, stretching group minimum, heat and stretching group and heat and stretching and ice group were located between the two groups.2. We conducted single factor analysis and made a comparison with the grade of sit and reach, ROM of active straight leg hip flexibility, ROM of passive straight leg hip flexibility after exercise, then found:P=0.000<0.01 and proved that have difference. To checked the inspection result later and made multiple comparisons found that:stretching and cold group made a significant mean than the other groups in the grade of sit and reach, ROM of active straight leg flexion hip, ROM of active straight leg flexion hip.3. The change of each different cycle flexibility index in each group:Static stretching exercises improved flexibility index of hip joint greatly in the 0 to 3 weeks. Growth in value of Sit and reach was 5.06±1.54. Growth in value of ROM of active straight leg hip flexion was 19.40±4.24. Growth in value of ROM of passive straight leg hip flexion was 28.93±3.00. The static stretching exercise made a slower growth trend on the flexibility index of hip joint in the 3 to 6 weeks. Growth in value of Sit and reach was 2.24±0.57. Growth in value of ROM of active straight leg hip flexion was 7.00±2.61. Growth in value of ROM of passive straight leg hip flexion was 6.20±0.90.Conclusion:1. The improvement of the effects of flexibility exercise with heat and cold therapy compared with other group analysis found that stretching and ice has more advantages.2. The local stimulation of heat and cold therapy on stretching parts. The effect that the flexibility index of the hip joint in each group relative to the growth in value before exercise made influence on the promotion of the flexibility index:the increase of stretching and ice group was the largest, the increase of stretching group was minimum, heat and stretching and heat and stretching and cold were located between the two groups.3. In the process of the static stretching back muscles of the thigh exercise, the hip flexible index:the grade of sit and reach, ROM of active straight leg flexion hip and ROM of passive straight leg flexion hip improved faster in the first three weeks (0 to 3), along with back exercise improved slowly, the result was that flexibility exercises has strong adaptability and specialized in a particular time.
