This article mainly uses documents and materials questionnaire investigation method,expert interviews and other research methods,directs against China’s basic education curriculum reform and the overall requirements of urban integration,combine the basic idea of our middle school sports and the new health courses.Through the investigation of the Yichun Urban and Rural Middle School Track and Field Teaching Current Situation and understand their situation and characteristics of teaching undertaken. Analysis of the impact of all relevant factors, Yichun City high school track and field teaching in urban and rural areas, there are proposed high school curriculum reform practice in sports Countermeasures on Track and Field Teaching for the land. Provide a theoretical basis for the reform and development of Yichun City High School track and field teaching, enrich curriculum reform practice in theory and research.The results show that:1. capital investment is too small, the shortage of space equipment is an important factor restricting the rural high school track and field course.In the city, Physical education funds mainly rely on school government funding accounted for 80.3%,18.7% self-financing schools, social contributions and even fewer of only 1%; government funding accounted for 97.1 percent of rural high school, basically rural middle school PE funds all sources.2. high athletics teaching content of the degree, the impact of the urban and rural middle school students track and field, having a good track and field course a bottleneck.The main problems of urban high school track and field teaching is part of the track and field technical teaching content too difficult and not enough emphasis on school leadership, no sports curriculum requirements; the main problems of rural high school track and field teaching is inadequate or non-compliant equipment, practice density can not be guaranteed and school leaders is not enough emphasis on the sports curriculum does not require;3. factors affecting teachers an important factor in urban high school track and field courses undertaken.Urban Rural High School in high school compared to more adequate equipment and innovative teaching methods of teachers is not enough to become an important constraintfactor in the development of track and field courseThe conclusion is as follows:1.The whole quantity of sports teacher of the urban and rural secondary school of Yichun City can meet track and field teaching’s needs basically,the proportion of the professional teacher of the track and field of the urban middle school is more rational than that of the rural middle school.The consciousness and ability of scientific research of the urban middle school sports teachers are relative strong.While the difference of the teacher’s academic level and the professional title structure between the urban middle school and the rural middle school isn’t significant.2.The urban school can ensure and meet demands of sports teaching in the sports place,facility and apparatus,can carry out the relevant policies of national Ministry of Education.The sports funds of the rural middle school is in short supply seriously,the place apparatus can not be improved.While it is better in expending the development of local teaching materials.3.The sports teacher of rural middle school appraises the respect to the studying of students just paying attention to sports to measure,there are too much ration indexes,examine the means and melt too directly,pursue objectifying quantity assurance mainly,adhere rigidly to the study of the technical ability of sports and appraisal which pays attention to the final achievement,by comparison.the sports teachers of urban middle school can combine the sports skills and the learning attitude and make comprehensive evaluation,but still fall far short of the requirements of the new courses.4.The school leaders of urban middle school renew the ideas quickly and can pay attention to the sports teaching,while the school leaders of rural middle school lack of emphasis on sports,need to be strengthened.By comparison,both have features,while there should be both a gap and a place to learn from each other.Aim at providing useful references for improving the quality and overall level and promoting reform and development of tract and field teaching of urban and rural secondary school in Tichun City,Jiangxi Province.In order to advance the implement of our middle school sports the healthy track and field courses.
