| Higher vocational education as an important part of the whole education, implementing rejuvenating and talent in our strategic shoulder important mission, is an important base for the training of occupation skill talent. Research, design with high technology and theory of modern society need not only the technical personnel, but also need more with rich practical experience of skilled talents, technology skill.The problem of the shortage of current our country high skilled talents has become an important problem to be solved. Vocational College as the cradle of training skilled personnel, its purpose is in the employment oriented guidance for social service, the cultivation of high skilled talents for the society. But the current higher vocational colleges in and the demand of the society there are still certain distance training skilled talents, especially in the training mode has to be strengthened to improve. Skilled personnel training is a systems engineering, needs the combination between school and government, enterprise, society, and jointly promote the vocational skill straining of talents in Higher Vocational colleges.This study will be of Higher Vocational Colleges in Changsha city as the research object, using literature method, comparative study method and case reference method other research methods, the status quo of professional skills and training equivalents in Higher Vocational Colleges in-depth research, analysis of the existing problems, combined with the Changsha City Vocational College, linking theory with practice, and then puts forward the concrete countermeasures of the training mode avocational skills the construction of talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the new situation. Therefore, has certain theory significance and the practical significance of this study. |
