| Family factors mainly refers to the family feature and family environment that born with a person, including family social background, family living conditions, family hereditary, family membership, family atmosphere, parenting styles, family events and other aspects. Family factors are important to a person’s mental development, personality characteristics and mental status. And has irreplaceable influence to college students’ mental health education. In reality, the influence of family factors to students’ mental health has not been fully understood, and the role it plays has not been effectively used to help with the mental health education, which objectively affect the effective implementation of the work. College students’ mental health education is a systematic project, which needs the society, schools and families work together. How to effectively strengthen the cooperation between schools and families, and give full play to the role of family is an important issue.This article focuses on the study of the influence of family factors in college students’ mental health education. Analysis the achievements and experiences of mental health education in United States, Britain and Japan. Then combining with the practice work in domestic area to systematically study the family factors, and using questionnaire and interview survey of some universities in Zhejiang province to point out the influence of family factors to college students’ mental health and explores the critical role it plays in the practice work. The article also discusses the continuous and inherent influence of family factors to college students’ mental health, not only because the mental development in family before entering university would directly influence college students’mental status, and also reflected in the influence of parents’ concern to students’mental health development after they go to college. The article investigates the reasons behind the family and tells why the factors has not been fully played, and put forward some practical and feasible countermeasure to improve the influence of family factors in college students’ mental health education.By studying the influence of family factors will clearly reflect the links between different family factors and psychological problems of college students; and the empirical research will give a more comprehensive and accurate reflection to the impact to practice work.The study will give us an specifically and clearly understanding of the impact of family factors, and the valuable countermeasures will improve the influence of family factors in college students’mental health education, and has an positive meaning in the development of the work. |
