Therefore, in the grip of College Physical Education in public schools at the same time, inevitably need to regulate the private colleges and universities sports school. This is not only the basic national conditions of our country, but also with the current economic, political, cultural and scientific and technological development of China’s economy, politics, culture and technology. Therefore, how to regulate the private colleges and universities in the school physical education is the responsibility of educators.Hebei province is located in the North China region, close to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei occupy a very important position, with a very deep cultural heritage. At the beginning of twentieth Century, the national policy to support the rapid development of private colleges and universities, 16 private colleges and universities in Hebei Province, where 5 private colleges and universities, has formed a very large scale advantages, the number of private universities in Hebei province is also a very large number of provinces, so the study of private colleges in Hebei province has a very important significance.This paper tries to use the method of literature, investigation method of Hebei Province Education Department of private colleges and universities registered private colleges and universities to find out the existing problems and shortcomings, and put forward suggestions, in order to promote the development of Aerobics Teaching in private colleges in Hebei Province, at the same time, it also provides a reference for the development of private colleges and universities.
