In recent decades, along with teachers’ professional development in-depth study and educational reform to the new demands and challenges raised by teachers, more and more people make “self-identity” as an analytical point of view to focus on teachers’ professional development. The so-called teachers’ self-identity, refers to self-awareness and understanding of teacher education and teaching in practice gradually formed, it has great significance for teachers’ sense of self-worth. Teachers’ self-identity of a late start in our country, there are more theory ones, little empirical researchs. In this study,based on self-identification research status of teachers on the analysis of the factors affecting teachers’ self-identity, to help teachers effectively respond to and resolve the self-identity crisis.This study focuses on factors to understand the status of primary school teachers and their self-identity. Questionnaire-based study, interviews survey, supplemented by selected primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Handan and other cities, as well as training teachers in some rural country of nearly 400 investigation. The results are as follows:(1)The overall level of primary school teachers’ self-identification is in general.(2) There is no significant difference between different gender identity of primary school teachers, but there are significant differences in social capital and economic capital.(3)Different subjects teachers of primary school do not exist significant differences in the degree of self-identity of all dimensions.(4)There is no significant difference in different title of primary school teachers.(5) Primary school teachers of different seniority there is a very significant difference in the time, there are significant differences in the reforms.(6) There are significant differences in the degree of self-identity in different educational levels of primary school teachers.(7) There is a significant difference in the degree of self-identity in different location.(8) Primary school teachers of different monthly income there is a very significant difference in the economic capital, significant differences exist in the system.On the basis of the survey, this study proposes four reconstruction strategies for elementary school teachers’ self-identity:(1) Attaches great importance to the time factor indirect effects on teachers’ self-identity.(2)Establish science education reform to enhance teachers’ self-identity.(3)Establish a more humane system of school management to enhance the teachers’ self-identity.(4)Pay more attention to the salary Influence of teachers’ self-identity.
