With the implementation of curriculum reform, the role definition of teacher has been changed. Students have been the main part of the class, yet teachers are the inductors, organizers and coordinators. This requires us to examine the teaching style and the learning style. The research of questionnaire survey, interview and the long-term lesson-based study show that: the current situation and reasons of primary math teachers’ feedback are followed: 1. Single forms, the teachers depend too much on the errors that students made. 2. Lack of coping tactics, they believe the way teachers ask back to getting to the bottom means feedback. 3. Students think that they don’t have enough time to think deeply, because it is difficult for teachers to control the time to feedback. 4.Teachers neglect underachievers in order to increase efficiency. 5. Most feedbacks are positive, but some are simple and direct, negative feedbacks make it inefficient. There are some principles of the feedback of primary mathematics lessons according to case study: interestingness. thinking, promptness, hierarchy and equality. The author puts forward five strategies: strengthen the consciousness of feedback, enrich the tactics of feedback, capitalize useful resources, seize the effective moment and face to all. Of which, learn to capitalize the resources means explicating the types of feedback. The author induces it into teaching and learning, unexpected generation and managerial generation. So it can extend the teachers consciousness of feedback. Teachers can adopt different strategies according to different generations. The specific strategies that teachers use in class can be decided into linguistic and non-linguistic. The strategies of linguistic feedback are: 1.diagnostic feedback: affirmation, negation and consultation. 2.developmental feedback: asking to get to the bottom, asking to another question, asking to the opposition. 3.Organization feedback: inductive strategy, standard strategy, promotion strategy. Non-linguistic feedback strategies include action, expression, material, and so on.Through practice, several tips should be attentioned. Setting up advanced concepts, preinstalling, being good at listening, being diligent in self-examination.Practice has proved that teachers adopt appropriate tactics according to different feedbacks, can not only stimulate students’ math thinking so that the class can be filled with wisdom, but also create a harmony between teachers and students.
