Research On Influencing Factors Of Infrastructure Investment In The Universities Directly Under The Ministry Of Education

On the January 13,1999, the State Council approved "Education for the 21st Century Revitalization Action Plan" that is drafted by the Ministry of Education. And it pointed out that high school graduates must have more opportunities for higher education; we must develop higher education actively and steadily. The promulgating of the "Action Plan" means the beginning of the universities expansion. Since then, college enrollment was expending fast in recent years. The reasonably and necessary needs of the university infrastructure is increasing. In order to meet the needs, many universities have stepped up efforts to invest in infrastructure project. Some colleges and universities renovate and expand building in the original foundation the, and some develop new land to build a new university campus. In this context, the research on Influencing factors of university infrastructure investment is particularly important.Firstly, this article describes the features of the university infrastructure and infrastructure projects. Then in order to better research university infrastructure project investment, investment in infrastructure projects will be defined as college financial allocation for university infrastructure projects. Then theoretically the Financial Bureau of financial support for the college and university infrastructure projects in infrastructure projects to provide a theoretical basis for a reasonable and fair allocation of investment. Next, describe the current university infrastructure project investment decision-making process. And analysis of nearly a decade of investment in university infrastructure projects, student scale and the scale of the development trend of the university infrastructure. Then, analysis of the factors affecting investment in university infrastructure projects from universities both supply and demand referring to "92 indicator " of infrastructure projects. And put forward hypotheses on this basis, extract factors affecting university infrastructure project investment and design university infrastructure project investments regression model.
