However, as main form of exam-oriented education to school education, middle school students spend too much time in learning the culture of scientific knowledge. Relatively, the time they spend on sports learning and physical exercise is very limited, so it is not good for the middle school students to improve physical quality.ln view of this, it is an important issue to ensure that students have enough time of sports behavior, and enhance student’s physique.The learning interest of sports is psychological tendency that people initiative to understand, explore or learn sports. It is to get healthy and sports-related knowledge and skills, and is an important motive power to stimulate behavior of sports study. Sports behavior refers to various kinds of sports behavior of middle school students’subjective intention and objective practice engaged in physical education and extracurricular sports activities. Including both the behavior in the school have a purpose, planned, organized to participate in sports activities of middle school students, also includes a spontaneous participation in extracurricular sports behavior. Middle school students’learning interests of physical education have orientation to the sports behavior obviously. And their sports behavior have point and strengthening effect, influence their enthusiasm for participating in sports activities.Thereby affecting the efficiency of sports learning, effect of exercise and physical ability. In turn, middle school students’sports behavior can stimulate their interest in learning sport under certain conditions. Analysis of the current situation of middle school students’learning interest of sports of and sports behavior, to explore the relationship between middle school students’interest in sports and sports behavior, explore on sports learning of middle school students’mental state and find out the effective way to improve the sports behavior of students’ physical quality. This is for physical education teachers can play an effective function of physical education, which can organize and carry out sports activities effectively, to control the behavior of middle school students to promote physique in the future road of educational development. It promotes greatly the healthy growth of middle school students is a positive energy undoubtedly.This research uses the questionnaire method, literature method, mathematical statistics method and so on. Using the " level scale of learning interest of sports--level scale of middle school students’ learning interest of sports" by expert Wang Xiaozan and "the questionnaire of Shanxi middle school students’learning interest of sports and sports behavior " and other research tools. In the learning interests of physical education and sports behavior of middle school students in Shanxi as the research object, from the eleven city of Shanxi province were selected 800 middle school students to give fieldwork that on-site payment and on-site recycling. Recovered 777 questionnaires,766 valid questionnaires are copies.The research results show that:the learning interest of sports have highly significant correlation with the exercise frequency and is not significantly related to the intensity of activities. In short, there is a relationship between the learning interest of sports and sports behavior, connected and restricted mutually. The learning interest of sports provides a psychological possibility for the sports behavior, in turn, the sports behavior will affect the learning interest of sports.According to the results of the study suggested the following: The local government and the school should take "health first" as the guiding ideology, further practice, and pay more attention to cultivate students’learning interest of sports.The local government also should take some specific measures in physical difference between urban and rural. In this based on the former further narrowing of differences between urban and rural middle school students’sports to make the balanced development; The school also need to promote the role of physical activity vigorously, and develop variety of sports and cultural festival constantly to let middle school students understand a full and comprehensive knowledge of sports. In this atmosphere makes the students to pay attention to sports from the thought and aware that their task is not only good to be able to learn and need all around development of themselves; The school should implement one hour of exercise a day, regular measurement of students’ physique and health, over time in order to achieve the desired results; Everything from reality, the school should improve and adjust for students to create a good workout environment gradually according to the school’s own existing conditions; Physical education teachers should strengthen penetration of physical education and health knowledge in middle school, in time for its psychological.
