Research On Construction Of Leisure Sports Circle Under The Background Of Urban Development In Changchun City

With the development of social economy, cultural development, growth of urban residents’ leisure time, leisure has become an important symbol. Urban leisure sports’ space is an important place and foundation of urban residents’ leisure sports activities.Whether the layout of urban leisure sports space is reasonable, this has a significant influence on the motivation and universality of participation of urban residents in leisure sports activities. As the capital of Jilin Province, the economic and cultural development is rapid in Changchun, but the quantity and quality of the leisure sports facilities lags behind relatively, the requirements of the residents for leisure sports are characteristic of high quality, diversification and individuation. Therefore, the study of Changchun residents’ demand for leisure sports is one of the important bases for the establishment of the goal of sports’ career development and the programme of urban sports supply space in Changchun city.This dissertation utilizes the methodology of the literature data method,questionnaire survey method, interview method, GIS spatial analysis, logical analysis and other research methods to investigate the residents’ leisure sports behavior space demand and supply problems in Changchun city. Meanwhile, the dissertation puts forward the countermeasure of leisure sports space integration, layout and development in Changchun city. The study provides a theoretical basis for the construction of urban leisure sports circle in line with the characteristics of Changchun city. And draw the following conclusions:1. Residents’ income and discretionary time is increasing year by year in Changchun city, the differentiation is increased by reason of different income level, education level, and different age level of urban residents to leisure sports. Meanwhile, the diversification trend is also apparent, residents’ demands for leisure sports are developing in the direction of individuation, fashion and comfort, at the same time,the time and space difference of leisure sports are increased.2. Leisure sports facilities are unevenly distributed in Changchun city. Leisure sports space and implementation of supply develop slow to the demand relatively, especially public leisure sports space shortage of facilities supply, and the original and project set leisure sports facilities are rather old, which can’t meet the residents’ demand of high quality and diversification in leisure sports in Changchun city.3. The construction of leisure sports circle in Changchun city is a new development situation in recent urban circle construction. The construction bases on the construction of urban circle, relies on the facilities layout of leisure sports in the community, district and city, emphasizes the development of leisure sports, sports tourism and sports industry. In the form of a "point- surface- circle" as the characteristic to construct the new development model of urban leisure sports combined with athletics, leisure, fitness and tourism industry and build an urban leisure sports circle in line with the development characteristics of Changchun city.
