As the sociological research on the phenomenon of the economic poverty, low level of China’s current economic development in the poor areas, and material development is relatively backward, and it is difficult to achieve the life of people rich and the improvement of the spiritual and cultural level. Low population quality in the poor areas,want to change this phenomenon will have to start from the education poverty alleviation,and improve the basic quality of poverty population from the education,but also realize the economic development of the poor from the education. Education development is the basis of the current change in poor areas, so want to improve productivity in the poor areas,you must start from the change in education mode. This article embarks from the education in the poor areas of Jilin province poverty alleviation situation, research on the related theory of poverty reduction of poverty and education,using dialectical analysis,empirical research and literature research method of combining,achieve the goal of education poverty alleviation. At the same time,this article will research orientation in the process of education funding,to carry out fair education for poverty alleviation mechanism,to optimize resources configuration,ensure unblocked information network platform in the poor areas. Such three aspects from the government, schools,individuals effectively promote the education in poverty-stricken areas poverty alleviation policy implementation,and can carry on the education for the poor areas of Jilin province,cultural aspects of the beneficial exploration,for the final a balanced education and change the state of the economy in the poor areas.
