As curriculum reform of basic education has been developed continuously, the basic education in our country has made great progress, meanwhile, elementary school mathematics classes also present a brand new face to the society. Mathematics classroom has been developed from the teaching process of traditional calculation explains into the process of interaction between teachers and students, students and students, the main role of teachers has also changed from the main speakers of the course content to the directors who stimulate the study interesting of students and guide students to learn independently. However, at present, there is still a certain gap between the teaching of primary school mathematics and the requirements of the new curriculum reform,elementary school mathematics teaching inefficient and even invalid phenomenon still exists. These have seriously affected the teaching quality of elementary school mathematics and the efficiency of students, at the same time, it also restricts the further development of mathematics curriculum reform in primary schools,limits the overall development of students. Therefore, promoting the effective teaching of elementary school mathematics classroom is a powerful guarantee to improve the quality of elementary school mathematics teaching. Effective teaching is not only a theoretical problem, but also a practical process.In this study, we select the video recording of elementary school mathematics classes as the research object, firstly, the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation is adopted. According to classroom teaching behavior coding system to analysis the classroom teaching behavior in classroom video recording, meanwhile,according to “The standard framework of classroom teaching effectiveness” to make an observation and analysis of the effective teaching situation in elementary school mathematics classroom. Then, after the observation and analysis of the data statistics,mining the association rules of statistical results in WEKA software, through the analysis of the mining results, the relationship between classroom teaching behavior and effective teaching is analyzed, it also can dig out the correlation between the various standards of effective teaching at the same time. Finally, after the comprehensiveanalysis of the effective teaching situation of elementary school mathematics classroom,then put forward the suggestions to promote the effective teaching of primary school mathematics classroom according to the research results.
