In recent years, countries for young children’s physical condition is very concerned about the 1985-2010 period, our country has carried on the six times the national physique monitoring, monitoring data sorting the falling trend found that children’s physical quality, especially the power quality decline, most notably in obese and overweight children "tsunami" phenomenon appears, physical deterioration of children immune ability. From theory for, children period is the sensitive period of physical development, at the same time, the skeletal muscle development is relatively slow. But skeletal muscle and motor system indispensable important component, is the effect of sports organs. This stage through the movement of the stimulus to increase the volume of skeletal muscle strength and to enhance the capacity of skeletal muscle metabolism, to maintain the natural development of skeletal muscle in the process of growth. Movement form is diverse, this study mainly to explore the resistance movement of baby mice skeletal muscle growth and development has a positive role.Research purposes: this study will be starting from the number and function of multinucleated cells, study the resistance movement influence on baby mice skeletal muscle morphological structure, trying to find out and resistance training on skeletal muscle enlargement, strength increase machine rational problem and resistance training on itself in skeletal muscle stunting the pros and cons of childhood, "sports with children" for further research provides new train of thought and the scientific basis.Methods: 40 healthy male SD rats, only three to four weeks, the average weight of about 70-90- g, clean level, provided by the animal experiment center in hebei province. Randomly divided into 4 groups, each group of eight, the other two in each group. Set aside. Two of these in electron microscopy(sem) experiments for Edu marking test in the other two groups. After the adjustment period, for eight weeks the tail load resistance movement after the intervention, distillation of standard materials. Analysis and quieter and resistance movement(Edu) group, each group of rats body weight, wet weight, the quadriceps muscle and changes of the quadriceps nuclei, etc; Quiet and resistance movement(electron) group of morphological characteristics.The result:1. The rat skeletal muscle after eight weeks of trial of the quadriceps wet weight of after test weight ratio of the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05).2. By Hoechst staining and Edu tag resistance movement with quiet group the number of skeletal muscle cell nuclei exist significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). New muscle, nuclear and the ratio of apoptotic cell nucleus has significant difference(P < 0.05).3. The resistance movement after the intervention rats weight compared with quiet group rats weight have obvious difference(P < 0.05 the amount of visceral fat rat there are significant differences(P < 0.05)Research conclusions:1.8 weeks of resistance exercise intervention can increase the young SD rats of the wet weight of the quadriceps muscle weight percentage.2. The SD rats childhood resistance intervention can effectively control the growth of the amount of visceral fat.3. Quiet, resistance exercise group of skeletal muscle cell nuclear state of freshmen and apoptosis exists, can be observed at the same time new state and apoptosis in dynamic changes of skeletal muscle cell nucleus.
