With the implementation of "National Medium-Long Term Education Reform and Development Planning Outline (2010-2020 Year)",and as the "standards of teacher’s ICT competency training course in primary and secondary schools(Trail)"and the "standards of teacher’s ICT competency in primary and secondary schools(Trail)" are promugated, schools all over the country are laying on multimedia teaching environment. Digital education service system is built in every school throughout the country,as well as mathematics laboratory which is based on superior multimedia teaching environment.But the ability of the teacher’s ICT competency in classroom study and the ability of ICT that changed learning styles don’t accord with the update,efficient,practical digital education infrastructure.In order to meet the requirements of education reform, this thesis aims at exploring the ways and methods of improving the maths teacher’s ICT competency. I keep on the concept of "Base on the classroom, Innovate teaching, Serve teacher",and promote the integration of information technology and mathematics course. The present mode of teaching content,the learning methods of students, the teaching method of teachers, the interactive mode between teachers and students can be changed incrementally.I want to provide colorful teaching environment and powerful learning tool to student.Analysis is presented with the teaching implementation and research process of the research seminar. From the case of regression analysis,I will discuss how to properly use the TI Handheld Technology in high school mathematics teaching.
