After many times of reform, especially after the reform and opening up, the university is on the basis of the national unified wage system, the allocation of the right to continue to expand, the real right to have a salary decision.Through the analysis of the current situation of the performance pay system in X Career Academy and the empirical analysis of the performance of the questionnaire survey, we have a comprehensive understanding of the performance wage system of Career Academy, and master the current income level, income expectation and recognition level, income and balance of income and payment, and the idea of the future salary reform in X Career Academy. On this basis, the main problems and reasons of the performance wage distribution in X Career Academy are analyzed. Some problems are derived from the national requirements, and some contradictions in the development process. In view of these problems, the reasons are analyzed. At last, some concrete principles and objectives of performance pay are put forward, and some macro thinking is put forward based on the example of X Career Academy. |
