A Comparative Study Of Changes Of In The Past Ten Years The Psychological Quality Of College Students In Hebei Province

As more and more people are concerned about the psychological quality problem of the university students, our country and government are offering increasing supports for the education of the psychological quality. A sound psychological quality and a healthy psychological state are the important indicator and guarantee of the development of university students. A comparative research of the psychological quality of university students in Hebei Province, which lasts for ten years, not only tests the results of the psychological quality education but also is a necessary requirement of advancing the development of the university students’ psychological quality and maintaining students’ psychological health. In addition, it is important for our country to deepen the higher education reform, improve the quality of higher education and cultivate successors and constructors for the socialism.In the first part of the dissertation, a systematic review of the psychological quality of university students based on the researches at home and abroad was conducted, which can provide reference for the psychological quality education of the students in Hebei Province. What’s more, through literature review the concepts and theories about the psychological quality, at the same time, the relationship and the difference between the similar theories were clarified based on the previous research. In the second part, according to the questionnaire, methods and the objects of the survey adopted by the investigation of psychological quality of students in Hebei Province the years ago, a detailed and comprehensive investigation of the psychological quality state of the students in Hebei Province was carried and a statistical analysis of the data of was made by means of spss22.0. On the basis of my survey, the situation of the psychological quality of the university students at present was analyzed and compared with the data of the research of ten years ago and the results and the problems of the psychological quality of the university students in Hebei province were obtained. In the last part, based on the former research, the reasons for the psychological quality problem were analyzed from the aspects of the social environment, the Internet development, the educational concept of the psychological quality, the system of the psychological education and the home environment. Countermeasures for advancing the development of the university students’ psychological quality: improving and constantly updating education concept of students psychological quality;making the system of the psychological quality education more logical and sound;combining the education of the psychological quality with political and ideological education; taking the network as a new carrier to improve;establishing and perfecting the system of teachers’ team and to prove the development of psychological quality of students.
