But, because of the influence of the traditional concept and system, in colleges and universities teachers’ employment system implementation is still post set unreasonable, evaluation mechanism is not perfect, compensation and security system is not sound, etc.School teachers’ employment system in this paper, through summarizing the D implementation status, characteristics and achievements, discusses the main problems in the implementation of university teachers’ employment system in China, and the forming causes of the problems in the analysis of the system. In use for reference the experience of American colleges and universities teachers’ employment system implementation, on the basis of targeted put forward to solve the problems in the implementation of teachers’ employment system of colleges and universities in China. The research for the perfection of college teachers’ employment system in China has important theoretical and practical significance.The article is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction. The second part is the problem of the implementation of teachers’ employment system in colleges and universities and countermeasures research overview, mainly introduced the system of appointment and the concept of university teachers’ employment system and the content of the university teachers’ employment system implementation. The third part is based on our D school as an example, this paper introduces the present situation and achievements of the school teachers’ employment system implementation, and sums up the college teachers’ employment system in our country on the implementation of the existing problems and analyses the forming causes of the problem. The fourth part mainly borrowed from the successful experience of American colleges and universities teachers’ employment system implementation and puts forward the existing problems of a college teachers’ employment system in our country the specific countermeasures. The fifth part is conclusion.The research mainly uses the literature analysis, system analysis, interview method and case analysis.
