| As an important member of research activities at the university,graduates have a main task of scientific research and scientific morality is the basis of quality of graduate education. With the increasing attention to the scientific moral issues of graduates and efforts to resolve them,scientific moral construction and operation mechanism has been formed so far,but the scientific moral status of graduates is still relatively worrying.This paper clarified the concepts of scientific morality firstly, starting from the empirical investigation,we know the current state of scientific moral construction and its problems through questionnaires and interviews from the perspective of graduate students,graduate student instructors,graduate management department which are the tripartite bodies of the mechanisms.The results showed that the level of graduates’scientific morality is still low,mechanisms operating results is poor and the mechanism is not fully play the role,where prevention mechanisms,monitoring mechanisms,evaluation mechanisms and incentives mechanisms have problems at varying degrees.We analysis various underlying causes of social, personal trainers and management.In this study, learning management experience from some developed countries to reduce scientific immoralities,we aim at the problem and reasons to them and proposed security measures of graduates’scientific morality construction mechanisms.Also,we proposed to promote the effective functioning of the scientific morality construction mechanism by promoting the mechanisms itself to adjust and improve and activating implementation of the external safeguards,which can help create a healthy external environment,mobilize universities’internal positive forces and eliminate individual adverse factors.Through a series of direct and indirect interaction, we expect to form a scientific and efficient mechanisms for graduates’scientific morality construction,gradually raising the level of graduates’scientific morality. |
