The Research On Current Condition And The Development Of Staff Members From Shanxi Fen Liquor Corporation Participating In Exercise

Beijing held the Olympic Game successfully in 2008 and in 2014 it once again become one of the candidate cities for 2022’s Olympic Game. Olympic spirit is getting closer and closer to us and at the same time China ushered in the era of national fitness.The government of Shanxi Province also proposed the scheme of implementing the " National Fitness Plan in Shanxi Province(from2011 to2015)" which promoted the undertaking of province’s sports fitness to a new level. As the economic leading company, Shanxi Xinghua Fen Liquor Corporation also followed the trend of market and developed its enterprise sport culture. It wholly-owned bought the Shanxi Zhongyu Professional Basketball Club in November 2013 and set up the Shanxi Fen Wine Professional Basketball Club which built a platform for sport culture of the enterprise. However, as a company, health of employees is the basic for stable development and the requirement of harmonious development for spiritual civilization as well. Therefore, a study for sports fitness situation of employees in the company can have a great practical significance.This research piece examines the current exercise situation of the staff members from Shanxi Xinghua Fen Liquor Corporation. By utilizing bibliography browsing, interviewing, mathematical statistics and logical methods, it researches in elements such as participating population of SXFL, the subjective experience of exercise, objective behaviors and influencing factors, and the conclusion is drawn below: 1. The attitudes towards exercise, value to the exercise of staff members varies due to members’ gender, age and conjugal conditions. The overall positivity of staff members is great and the foremost aim of exercise is body shaping. 2. Staff members are rather satisfied with SXFL’s exercise activities while the extent of satisfaction of exercise effect is slightly lower than that of exercise facilities and organizing abilities of corporation. 3. The population of Senior demographic is larger than that of other age demographics whereas the population of the young and the middle-aged participating in exercise is especially smaller and should be treated as targeted demographic. 4. The Industrial Eco Park is the main venue for exercising, other exercising venues are including several free-access gyms and community exercise park. 5. The most popular sport among staff members is jogging and strolling, followed by ball games, such as basketball, table tennis and badminton. 6. Speaking of the consuming inclination, members are more inclined on public fund subsidized by corporation. 7. Shanxi Fen Liquor, known as an outstanding basketball team in Shanxi, has exerted a great influence on members’ participation in sport games, particularly basketball activities. Besides, the corporation’s frequent organized sport games, well-equipped sport venues are two main factors that lead to members’ participation. 8. Three factors, namely heavy workload, time collision between work and exercise and lack of technical guidelines, constrain the staff participation of exercise.
