How to cultivate a truly outstanding talent has become a problem for more people to think. People began to realize the examination oriented education, so the implementation of quality education. Under such an opportunity, the art of aesthetic education function is to get rid of the embarrassment of being called "bean sprouts". In the implementation of the new curriculum, music is given a new concept, new goals, new forms, new content. And then in the city primary school music education a thriving behind, the rural primary school music education has failed to keep pace with the times, worrying.Through the Kaijiang County 20 primary schools music education educational resources, teaching equipment, educational philosophy and teaching object investigation, deeply in a rural primary school and a county experimental primary school by the obtained first-hand information analysis and research, and strive to find the feasible way of the rural reform of basic music education and sustainable development, and then make the rural basic music education to get the attention of the whole society, make some contribution to the construction and development of rural basic music education system.
